Участниками третьей выставки стали более 150 компаний. Отличительной особенностью выставки 2004 года стала расширенная экспозиция московских клубов различной направленности.

Популярный раздел выставки Арт-салон «Обнаженный мир» на этот раз представил такие направления современного эротического искусства, как эротик-арт, фитодизайн, эро-фотография и т.д. Одной из «изюминок» салона стала экспозиция бюстов поп-звезд нашей эстрады. Все дни можно было любоваться прелестями Акулы, Саши, Полины Гриффис, Ани Семенович, а также Ксюши Новиковой из группы «Блестящие».

Новинки наблюдались и в шоу-программе. Состоялись концерты популярных групп и исполнителей, в том числе — легенд любовной лирики «Лейся песня», «Федорино горе» и др. Ведущим шоу -программы был известный юморист Сергей Кондратьев.

Следующая выставка «Эрос Москва» стала логическим развитием идеи и опыта 2002 года. Выставка проходила на двух этажах 69-го павильона ВВЦ. На первом этаже была развернута специализированная экспозиция «Сексуальное здоровье».

В рамках выставки состоялась серия очень серьезных и важных конференций: «Репродуктивное здоровье россиян» (проблемы и пути их решения), «Социальные и клинические проблемы сексологии и сексопатологии», «Мужчина и женщина: любовь семья, партнерство» и др.

Впервые на выставке был организован Арт-салон «Обнаженный мир», в котором свои эротические работы представили известные российские художники и скульпторы.

Также впервые на выставке был представлен салон дизайна и интерьера «Театр вещей», который демонстрировал специальную мебель, сконструированную для большого удобства и сексуального наслаждения.

Шоу-программа выставки проходила в режиме нон-стоп. С отдельными зрелищными программами выступили самые популярные ночные клубы столицы.

31 мая состоялось показательное выступление победителей конкурса «Травести-Мисс России-2003», а 1 июня в рамках выставки был организован Тату-Парад, во время которого демонстрировались работы мастеров тату и пирсинга известных московских салонов.

Ее организаторы — Компания «Защита ЭКСПО» — решили воплотить в жизнь идею создания в России цивилизованной сексуальной культуры, изменить общественное мнение по отношению к эротике. В одном выставочном пространстве мероприятие объединило экспозиции профильных товаропроизводителей, конференцию «Сексуальное здоровье общества», яркий перфоманс шоу-бизнеса «Постель года 2001», художественный раздел и шоу-программу «Эротика в театре».

Первыми участниками выставки были не только профильные компании из России, но и компании из Голландии и Германии. Среди гостей выставки были представители секс-индустрии из Польши, Франции, Чехии. Все дни на выставочной сцене проходили показы сексуального белья, шоу на эротическом кресле, стриптиз, представления в стиле «фетиш» и шоу-продажа рабов, а также народные конкурсы «на раздевание». Одним из самых красочных мероприятий выставки стала церемония вручения наград за сексуальные достижения в общественной жизни — премия «Постель года 2001». Автор и ведущий церемонии — Андрей Вульф.
